Ahmed Saim Pehlivanlı serves as Counsel at Topluyıldız Legal Co., bringing doctoral-level academic depth and practice-oriented insight in EU competition law, digital market regulation, and platform economy governance. His doctoral research at Durham University examined the objectives of EU competition law in the context of the digital economy, focusing on digital markets, platform regulation, and the growing role of fairness as a guiding enforcement principle — with particular attention to the Digital Markets Act (DMA).

Possessing a robust multi-jurisdictional perspective spanning Turkish, EU, and UK law, Ahmed has maintained active legal practice as a qualified lawyer registered with the Ankara Bar Association since 2017.
