Aslıhan Kayhan serves as Of Counsel at Topluyıldız Legal Co., contributing extensive professional experience in high-value commercial disputes, litigation management, and alternative dispute resolution. A graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law, Aslıhan is a registered Mediator and Conciliator with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Justice, actively facilitating structured negotiation and settlement processes in both civil and criminal matters.

Having strategically managed complex commercial disputes and litigation proceedings as Associate and Senior Associate at an Istanbul-based law firm, she continued her career in the Netherlands. Her representative experience includes precedent-setting cases in emerging legal fields — including digital assets and intellectual property rights disputes that have attracted national and international legal attention. Her living and working experience in the Netherlands has reinforced her cross-border dispute perspective, strengthening her capacity to effectively represent international clients in negotiation, mediation, litigation, and settlement processes.
