Merve Nur Gündoğdu, LL.M Candidate

Merve Nur Gündoğdu is a Managing Attorney at Topluyıldız Legal Co. specialising in tax compliance, data protection, and corporate advisory. A graduate of Bilkent University Faculty of Law — admitted on a scholarship after ranking 253rd nationally — she is currently pursuing her LL.M. at Istanbul Bilgi University, bringing a rigorous analytical foundation to every engagement.

At Topluyıldız Legal Co. she advises domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, GDPR/data protection frameworks, tax governance, and contract management. She is concurrently Co-Founder of LawUp, a legal-technology and entrepreneurship initiative. Prior professional experience, alongside internships at the Turkish Competition Authority and the Capital Markets Board (SPK), established her comprehensive command of Turkish corporate and regulatory practice.
