Tonay Aras

Tonay Aras serves as Counsel at Topluyıldız Legal Co. He graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar in 2018. He later graduated with honors from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Prior to founding Aras & Partners, Tonay gained extensive experience in legal and corporate roles involving cross-border transactions, investments and international business operations, particularly between Türkiye and the United States.

Tonay primarily focuses on sports law, advising athletes, clubs, agencies, investors and businesses operating across the sports industry on contractual, commercial and strategic matters. His practice also encompasses corporate and commercial law, international transactions and complex contractual arrangements.

His experience includes advising local and international clients on cross-border investments, corporate structuring, commercial agreements, procurement and tender processes, real estate and hospitality projects, as well as business ventures involving multiple jurisdictions.
